Refund & Return Policy

At Luxury Product Site, we curate premium products from trusted manufacturers, vendors, dealers, and brand partners. Because many of the products featured on our website are sold, fulfilled, shipped, warrantied, or serviced directly by the manufacturer or authorized vendor, all refund, return, replacement, cancellation, warranty, and repair decisions are handled by the original manufacturer, supplier, or selling partner.

Manufacturer Responsibility

Luxury Product Site does not manufacture, warehouse, install, service, or directly control the fulfillment of most products listed on our website. As a result, all refund requests are subject to the refund, return, cancellation, warranty, and service policies of the specific manufacturer or vendor responsible for that product.

Customers should carefully review the manufacturer’s return and warranty terms before purchasing.

Returns & Refunds

Refund eligibility, return windows, restocking fees, shipping costs, inspection requirements, and approval of returns are determined solely by the manufacturer, vendor, dealer, or fulfillment partner.

Luxury Product Site is not responsible for approving or issuing refunds unless the purchase was processed directly by Luxury Product Site and we have expressly stated in writing that we are the seller of record for that specific order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, the customer must notify the manufacturer, vendor, shipping carrier, or fulfillment partner according to their required claim process and time frame.

Luxury Product Site may assist by helping direct customers to the appropriate contact, but the final resolution, including replacement, repair, refund, or warranty service, remains the responsibility of the manufacturer or vendor.

Shipping, Delivery & Installation Issues

Shipping delays, freight damage, delivery appointments, installation concerns, and carrier-related issues are handled by the manufacturer, vendor, shipping company, or installer associated with the order.

Luxury Product Site is not responsible for delays, delivery damage, installation problems, missed appointments, freight charges, or return shipping fees unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Custom, Special Order, or Large Freight Items

Many luxury products, including but not limited to saunas, spas, cold plunges, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, fire pits, massage chairs, golf simulators, electric bikes, robotic equipment, and other specialty items, may be custom, made-to-order, oversized, or freight-shipped.

These items may be non-returnable, subject to restocking fees, or limited by the manufacturer’s return policy.

Affiliate & Third-Party Purchases

Some links on Luxury Product Site may direct customers to third-party websites, manufacturers, dealers, or affiliate partners. Purchases made through third-party links are completed directly with that company, not Luxury Product Site.

Any refund, return, exchange, warranty, payment, or order issue must be handled directly with the company where the purchase was completed.

While we may assist customers by providing manufacturer contact information or helping guide them to the correct support channel, we do not control the refund decisions, warranty determinations, service policies, or return approvals of third-party manufacturers or vendors.
